4. Commercial Terms:
Courses and Training Fees: The fees for attending our courses or training sessions are listed on our services pages. We strive to ensure pricing accuracy; however, errors may occur. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or amend your order.
Consulting Services Fees: All consulting fees will be determined through a mutual agreement between SMART MEDED SOLUTIONS (SMES) LLC and the customer prior to the commencement of any services. A detailed agreement, including scope, fees, and terms, will be provided for mutual approval between SMART MEDED SOLUTIONS (SMES) LLC and the customer before services commence.
General Payment Terms: All payments for services must be made in accordance with the terms specified in the invoice or service agreement. We accept various forms of payment, which are detailed on our payments page. Failure to remit payment on time may result in suspension or termination of services and may incur additional late fees.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Since SMART MEDED SOLUTIONS (SMES) LLC does not sell physical goods, our refund policy is specific to the services offered:
Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 15 days before the scheduled service.
For cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled service, SMES reserves the right to determine whether a partial refund or the option to retain the full or partial amount as a credit for a future service or course will be provided.
Refunds or credits will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the service context, individual circumstances, and administrative costs..
Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered.
6. Changes to Offerings: SMART MEDED SOLUTIONS (SMES) LLC may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or create limits for the services. We may also permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason. Smart MedEd Solutions (SMES) LLC reserves the right to change, limit, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
